back now to the breaking news we told you about at the top of this newscast. oakland coliseum at least two people have been hurt, you can see ambulances rushing from the scene. this is after someone fell from the third level stand at the coliseum. this happened at 4:15. when the raiders game against the titans was letting out. we don't know how the second person was hurt or the extent of the injuries. we are continuing to follow this and we will have much more coming up later in this newscast and the 10:00 news. >> >> police boarded a spirit airlines on friday to remove an ruly passenger who claimed to have a board on board. >> it's a bomb on this plane. >> police say the passenger started arguing with flight attendants as soon as the plane took off from fort lauderdale when the plane landed pilots

more now on the breaking news at the oakland coliseum, at least two fans have been injured after one fell from the third level. >> >> we are trying to figure out if the fan fell or jumped. >> reporter: witnesses a few minutes ago toll me a young man did deliberately jump from the upper deck. that's unconfirmed, but that comes from a witness at the scene. let me show you what we are looking at section 301 from the upper deck. the raiders game was just ending. that witness tells me this woman was not sitting in that section, but had made her way to the section towards the end

of the game and had gone up to the highest point and had gone out onto the ledge. we have video, ambulance that had been called to the coliseum when this horrifying scene unfolded in front of fans as the woman fell from the upper deck and landed on another fan on the concurs below. that would be one level down. that man was also injured. although we are told not nearly as seriously as the woman who was in the freefall from the third deck. again, we are still gathering information. this happened just within the last hour as the game ended. we have not been briefed by the alameda county sheriff's department, which is investigating here at the scene. they run all of the security for the coliseum and the arena. we will be touching bases with jd nelson and trying to
